We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. AI Features & Transcription

Some features may use third-party AI providers to process audio or text content, including speech transcription or summarization.

These features may be optional.

By enabling or using such features, you consent to the processing necessary to provide them.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Retape for:

• Illegal activity
• Harassment or abuse
• Hate speech or threats
• Copyright infringement
• Spam or deceptive behavior

7. Service Availability

Retape is provided on an "as available" basis.
